Terrible Customer Service in this bank if you are not Spanish they look at you with disgust and dont want to speak English which is fair enough if thats their personal view but they work for a bank that specifically advertises to Expats so the Manager would benefit from changing the unhealthy culture created throughout the Staff Team in this branch. I wanted to apply for a Credit Card and they repeatedly tell me there is no one to see me, even after making an appointment online. Ive given up with this branch, they are so unhelpful and unwelcoming. Its such a shame that they make the banking experience in Spain so unpleasant.

Abro cuenta online y me remiten al banco para pedir tarjeta débito. En este banco son unos antipáticos y no me solucionan nada. No entiendo si es online porqué tengo que ir al banco
