If you're in search of authentic or delicious Mexican cuisine, this is not the place for you. Unfortunately, the tortillas were exceptionally disappointing—dry, hard, stale, and crumbling. My girlfriend experienced some pretty serious gas afterward. On the bright side, the service was attentive, and I did enjoy the chips and salsa along with my Corona and lime while listening to Michael Jackson songs playing in the background. Just to note, this was my only experience in Lima, Ohio; we drove an hour and a half to meet our friend at this restaurant, and oh boy, what a letdown!
It's been a couple of years since I last visited Banditos. During that visit, we found a piece of metal in our salsa. We informed the waiter, who reported it to the manager. They took the salsa away and never returned to our table. A simple apology would have sufficed, but we didn't hear anything from anyone. We also never received our food order or drink refills. We haven’t returned since.
I went to celebrate my daughter's birthday, but I was disappointed to find that they no longer offer any discounts. The food was delicious, albeit on the expensive side, and the service was somewhat slow, especially since the restaurant was almost empty. When you ask for a few more minutes to decide on your order, it shouldn't take 7 minutes.
Food was awful I couldn’t even finish it. Steak and chicken was really dry. I had a waitress tell me I looked like I smoked weed before I came there which I hadn’t! What a thing to say to a customer!!! I will never eat here again.

Great food. Third time we have been there in a year. We somehow have had the Same Server Each Time. His name is Keith. He is awesome!!!! He remembered us from last AUGUST!!!! Highly recommend.
Very good food. I must admit I was surprised . I was just in Mexico 3 weeks ago the guacamole here tasted MUCH better. Tip of the cap to the chef. Food was very delicious and fresh.
The food was delicious. Had the roast beef burrito, the meat was excellent and tasted great. Highly recommend!
The food is excellent, and I absolutely love the chips and roasted ice. It's a fantastic place overall!

Best quality Mexican restaurant in town. A bit pricier than your usual place, but well worth it.
The atmosphere, food, and staff were all wonderful! I will definitely be returning.
