Bang Bang Hibachi Grill Sushi

I was in search of a new spot to enjoy some sushi rolls in the Lehigh Valley and was pleasantly surprised by the positive reviews I came across. We decided to give this place a try and we were not disappointed! We ordered a salmon roll, a yellowtail scallion roll, a spicy tuna roll, a spicy shrimp roll, and a tamago roll. The standard maki rolls were delicious and generously packed with fresh fish. The spicy rolls were also well-filled and had a decent flavor, though they had a bit too much tempura for my taste. Overall, I would definitely return here, as the value for the price is excellent.

I brought a few friends here for a sushi night, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. Our food arrived promptly, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. The presentation was beautiful, especially with the addition of flowers. This is definitely my favorite sushi restaurant—100% recommended! **Parking:** There’s parking available in the plaza.

This place is by far the BEST hibachi food I’ve had specially in the Valley. I found them during the pandemic and the food has been always so consistently good. Chicken beef always super tender, the sushi is also delicious. Surprised they don’t have a flat 5 stars because the cook is excellent. I’ve done dine in, and take out , all have been great.

I ordered the salmon lover platter, a small miso soup, and matcha bubble tea. Everything was incredibly tasty and offered great value. The soup was surprisingly large for just $2.50, and the salmon lover platter came with a generous amount of fish for the price. I will definitely be ordering again! Reserva una mesa ahora

I had a fantastic experience with the Hibachi Steak Chicken! The passion fruit smoothie was delicious, though it had more of a slushy texture. Despite that, it was still really good. Overall, I’d give it a 10/10. Plus, my dasher was excellent and delivered it right to my hotel room.

best sushi Ive ever had. the Rainbow Roll is great raw roll with lots of variety, the Bang Bang Roll is an excellent fried option for shrimp lovers. Awesome, simply put. Id add a picture to this review, but it didnt last long enough on my plate.

The foreign black lady at the register has horrible customer service . Threatened to call the police on me and my son for asking to use the phone . DO NOT BUY HERE HORRIBLE SERVICE .. We are looking now to get her permanently removed .

Everything I ordered was amazing. I ordered delivery for lunch. I AM definitely going to make a visit in person. I enjoyed my food to the fullest. Not just taste, ingredients, presentation, rations. The whole shabang. 5 stars no doubt. Reserva una mesa ahora

This is my favorite restaurant. I prefer dining in because the presentation is beautiful. The food is both delicious and fresh. The customer service is outstanding. Takeout is just as tasty!
