Their strongest menu items are definitely rice or noodle dishes in my opinion, and they have some delicious Mango stick rice if they have mangos in season. If you're looking for something spicy, their spicy noodles are deliciously spicy and always hot. They also have a dedicated vegetarian menu, which is great for those with dietary restrictions.Vegetarian options: They have a delicious and separate vegetarian menu, it really doesn't seem like they sacrifice flavor in these dishes.Parking: Not much parking, but there are never too many people in the lot so I've never had issues finding a spot.
This restaurant is a true hidden gem! I would choose it over many high-end establishments. The food was exceptional and very authentic. The service was both quick and friendly. The prices are quite reasonable, especially considering the generous portion sizes and the quality of the ingredients. It has a charming, family-run vibe that I really appreciate. It’s definitely a cozy spot with limited seating. As for vegetarian options, there's a dedicated section on the menu just for vegetarian dishes.
I have ordered take-out from this place multiple times and the food is great! The last time I ordered, I got a great surprise. This establishment has switched from using plastic take-out cartons to cardboard! This is a much better alternative for sustainability! I did notice that with the switch in containers, came a change in the spice level in their food as well. If you are not good with spicy food, definitely order the mild versions of the items.
Their Yellow Curry dish is a solid 5 stars. It tasted delicious and fresh. The chicken, potatoes, and carrots blended together perfectly and the curry itself was mild (as requested) with a very flavorful kick. The jasmine rice was soft and fluffy, just as rice should be to soak up that yummy curry. The dish reminded me of my favorite in VA and everyone here loved it. Definitely good eats and we look forward to reordering from here.

My girlfriend and I just moved here, and we were blown away by this restaurant! The food is fantastic and full of flavor. If you're looking for authentic Thai cuisine, this is the place to go. The owner is so friendly and treats you like an old friend, which makes the atmosphere very welcoming and relaxed. I highly recommend this spot—it’s definitely become one of our new favorites!
I'm looking for a good The Thai place that has since departed from Seattle (which seems to be the capital of the amazing Thai food in the USA). I haven't found a 5 star Thai option yet, but I'm glad Bangkok Corner is a pretty solid and consistent option! Try it.
We were in Newport Beach getting our car fixed and we had an itching for Thai food and found this place. We had the panang curry and tom kha along with some egg rolls. Everything was so good and flavorful. Definitely will be back.
I was very disappointed with the food at this restaurant. I’m not sure why it has such high ratings. The Pad Thai and Spicy Basil Noodles were quite bland and lacked flavor. However, the portion sizes were generous.
