We ordered our usual dishes, which we get twice a week, but both had meat in them (which we do not eat). We tried calling the restaurant but there was no answer, so we assumed they were closed. We ended up throwing the food away and went hungry for the night after a long 16-hour day. The next day, we called to ask for a refund but were told they would not refund us without returning the product. We explained that we had already thrown the food away as it was garbage day. We also noticed that we had paid more than usual, thinking it was a price increase, but it turned out the higher price was due to the meat. I first visited this restaurant two years ago and was not impressed. However, for some reason, I decided to give them another try, but this will be the last time. They used jarred sauce on my chicken dish, which was brown, thick, and tasted unpleasant. How can a restaurant not make their sauces from scratch? It's hard to find authentic Thai food in Michigan, and this place has inspired me to make my own Thai food at home.

After reading Kristin Clair’s 1-star review (and others) from 6 months ago I was disinclined to give this place a try. However. are some more recent reviews which are mostly complimentary, which suggests that perhaps Ownership reads these comments and has taken them to heart. I usually always get the pad thai and I’m never disappointed. The portion sizes are large, I can usually get 2 meals worth. I’ve been ordering here for about 7 years and will keep coming back. Sooooo freaking good. My only critique is I think they were afraid to make my food murder spicey because of the vanilla people that order around here. Their flavor spice balance is so on point that I feel sacrilege adding Tabasco to my pad thai. 10 out of10 would recommend ????
