I found this place from a Google review! I had to try the crispy fried crepe they are known for. When I stepped in I was greeted by one of the owners, a woman, who asked me if I'd been there before. I told her that it was my first time. She informed me that they are famous for the Banh Xeo, which are the fried crepes. I ordered the first one on the menu, which comes with shrimp, pork, mushrooms, beansprouts, eggs and onion all sautéed into what looks like an omelette; the crunchy crust is colored by the turmeric. She told me the proper way to eat them: you eat them with your hands. Start with a leaf of lettuce, add some mint leaves, then some of the banh xeo, then some vinegar sauce. If you...
The wife had been wanting to try this place, famous for the Vietnamese crepe. Small, quaint (but in desperate need of updating) restaurant. Owner came out with menu, very limited menu... maybe less than 8 items? I asked what 's good and he responded menu so small, everything good! ..... fair enough. I 've heard Gordon Ramsay mention something similar on his shows before. There were several photos of famous people that had visited. Anywho, we ordered the crepe and the duck soup, both were very good. Crepe is huge and somewhat messy to eat but delicious. I will probably go back 1 day when I 'm in the area but I wish they would make it a little more inviting.
The famous crepe was very very crispy and combination of bean sprouts, shrimp and pork along with fresh fragrant herbs and sweet sauce was very delicious! The gentleman who served the food and the lady who greeted were so friendly and kind. Small place with limited dining but the whole vibe felt like we were transported to Asia : Want to try their new item, duck porridge, next time!
The best Banh Xeo in the city! I was amazed by the size of the Banh Xeo. I thought I wouldn’t be able to finish it, but it was so delicious that I polished it off in just 5 minutes. menu here is not as big as other Vietnamese restaurants, but what they use is quite good. crispy pancakes are very good and also the hotpot set served on a gel burner is a good thing. for each dish is provided a part of crimp and vegetables for the production of envelopes. owner is very friendly and helpful in explaining the dishes.

I took my mom here for lunch, and we had a great time. The food is truly unique compared to other options in Los Angeles. I ordered the dry noodle plate, while she enjoyed the crepe. I will definitely come back! I hope this place never closes or relocates. Thank you to the restaurant, and we wish you a HAPPY 2022!!
Quality food and service ! Such a welcoming and cozy environment. Staff is kind and attentive. We had their signature savory crepe , tomato rice hen and their duck egg noodle soup.
