While passing through the area, we stumbled upon this hidden gem of a tea shop located on the bustling Las Tunas street. This cozy spot is a family-owned business that could use your support. The shop offers plenty of seating both at the front and back, and there is ample parking available in the back lot or if you're lucky, you might find street parking too. We tried the brown sugar boba milk tea, which was absolutely delicious. The brewed tea aroma was distinct and the boba was perfectly soft and chewy. I have been coming to this restaurant since middle school and the drinks are still amazing and affordable. It used to be a family-owned business but may have changed ownership or been passed down the family. Nonetheless, it remains a fantastic small business. The service is still excellent. There is a nice back area with plenty of seating, outlets, and wifi. It is usually peaceful except when the local schools are out. It is one of my favorite places to study! I highly recommend trying the honeydew milk tea, matcha with red bean, and lemon wintermelon tea.
I stopped in for a quick drink during my work break and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious avocado drink. They use real avocados, not just powder like some other places. While I was waiting outside, someone noticed my shirt and grabbed my business card. It was a win-win situation at this charming establishment. I always love supporting small businesses!

Great place! When I came on a Friday around 4pm it was empty. The woman working was super friendly. I ordered the lychee slush, mango slush, and the pudding. It was about $18. All drinks were good! I was surprised by the mango slush. My mom doesn't like boba but she liked the boba from here. I tried all drinks and they were all good. I will come back.
Yo this place is hella good. The drink aren’t expensive, the old man is super nice, the food was good. I know its probably frozen food but his house spicy sauce is amazing. Im genuinely really mad i haven’t been here before.
Variety of drinks to choose from; which is a plus. Good place to study. My drink took a while to make, but overall would return. Good customer service and had lots of good snacks as well!
yummy, fast and friendly, and nicely expensive. boba military (black) is perfect! not too sweet, strong tea taste and perfect Boba texture. ananasglätchen is soouo good!

I've had a lot of taro smoothies before and this by far is the best! So smooth and creamy. I can taste the taro and it's not too sweet. Thank you Boba Express!
