While passing through the area, we stumbled upon this hidden gem of a tea shop located on the bustling Las Tunas street. This cozy spot is a family-owned business that could use your support. The shop offers plenty of seating both at the front and back, and there is ample parking available in the back lot or if you're lucky, you might find street parking too. We tried the brown sugar boba milk tea, which was absolutely delicious. The brewed tea aroma was distinct and the boba was perfectly soft and chewy. I have been coming to this restaurant since middle school and the drinks are still amazing and affordable. It used to be a family-owned business but may have changed ownership or been passed down the family. Nonetheless, it remains a fantastic small business. The service is still excellent. There is a nice back area with plenty of seating, outlets, and wifi. It is usually peaceful except when the local schools are out. It is one of my favorite places to study! I highly recommend trying the honeydew milk tea, matcha with red bean, and lemon wintermelon tea.

I have the strawberry banan bottlenecks regular size. It was also made with real fruits so it was worth the price of $4.10 with taxes. Even the lady who took my order and made my drink was really friendly and made my drink quite fast. And she filled my cup pretty much. It is cash only here, which is somehow uncomfortable, but overall, very good service and quality! Anyway, come back soon!

I stopped in for a quick drink during my work break and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious avocado drink. They use real avocados, not just powder like some other places. While I was waiting outside, someone noticed my shirt and grabbed my business card. It was a win-win situation at this charming establishment. I always love supporting small businesses!

Before I snapped a picture of Boba's milk tea, I was quite thirsty. The drinks are affordable and there aren't many tables available. It tends to get crowded between 3pm and 6pm, especially with students coming in after school. This spot also offers free Wi-Fi for customers.

Yummy, fast and friendly, and nicely priced. Boba milk tea (black) is perfect! Not too sweet, strong tea flavor and perfect boba texture. Pineapple smoothie is sooooo good!
