If you are particularly attentive to your expresso or your extras, finding your morning coffee in france can be difficult. some are excellent - but many are not. If you are in uzès or near, take a look at the esplanade bar. We noticed the panels offering 8 regional varieties -- guatemala, mexico, bresil, etc. -- some organic varieties ("bio") and Peruvian decaffeinated; and after 2 weeks in france we were inspired by the idea that we had the choice. Then we went there. It is a classic French bar/café popular with local residents, bright and friendly, and in addition to the tables inside, there are many tables/chaises on the outside on the sidewalk. We normally do not drink coffee in capsules...
the place is an authentic place-father in this small town. it sort of commands the entrance of the esplanade. it is located at the corner of the belt boulevard and a large street. the coffee served is unclean, the table is sticky, room and terrace are in a real state of dirt. The outer store is pitiful, even crazy. It is however a place of conviviality, but it is only apparent because in fact each here exposes its sadness and sometimes its fear. overall, a hell of a disappointment and also this unpleasant impression of being made to the pockets. Too bad!
if they are a tourist, they will not go here. they will not serve you. Literal. they sit and sit on someone waiting to take their order and they will still sit while many others are served. you have to. get up and go. my friends told me that this happened to them in this otherwise incredibly friendly city (I live here), and I thought they had to disregard the situation; but then it happened again with other English speaking friends. both groups went with no one who had ever taken their order or even recognized their presence.
If you are not in a hurry, not very looking at cleanliness and even less on decoration you can go to this bistro which is rather frequented by the inhabitants of Uzbekistan. a positive point, the Saturday tasting of eight delightful , which are opened by the forest on the other side of the street.

Okay, so you're really not going for food. the real reason is to visit a place where the inhabitants of the neighborhood go and enjoy a coffee and an aperitif. ideal for people who watch and hear interesting conversations. the best place to go market days because far enough from the main activity.
we stopped on the espresso advice of the previous critic. . . . but ! If you are a snob of espresso like me, do not be too excited, a lot of variety but of capsule quality! Everyone around me was eating oysters that seemed to be going well, I don't know if it's just the market day.
beautiful coffee, cool thing is that they can order oysters, they have served at their table so that they order drinks in the caffe. whatu is unlikely, however, that they cannot pay with visa or mastercard and one of the waiters serves during smoking. at the same time.
The bar itself is not so special at all. but on market days you can eat fresh oysters from the local fish seller on the terras. Even if the bar is located near the road, it's one thing to try absolutely if you like 'the sweet frank' and of course the oysters.

Great location in the "City of the Future", right on the river. Food was decent and service was good. Easily got a table at lunch on a Friday.
time spent on the terrace with friends. long service...damage because the location is very good
