We ordered some take away pizza. The woodfired oven is the centrepiece of the restaurant and is the secret of their delicious pizza. I think these guys have transported the heart & soul of italy to our own neighbouhood. The base is Perfect, thin ( not too thin) and crisp . the toppings we had were very fresh and very tasty. The ham must have been shaved just prior, the smoked cheese was a knockout. The flavours were just singing together - as Jack says - "as good as it gets" Chilli was added and was great, just watch out if you're bringing kids. We have tried pizza all over Sydney and this one must be the best. Can't wait to go there and sample their calamari and calzone.
On a Friday night, the restaurant was extremely busy with takeaway pizza orders. My partner and I ate in, both ordering the pasta special with a side serve of vegetables. The pasta took over one hour to be served with the vegetables delivered 15 minutes after the pasta. It's clear the restaurant focuses on takeaway pizza. I must acknowledge we were offered complimentary bruschetta to fuel our hunger during the long wait. The verdict on the food? It was very tasty but the overall experience was diminished by the long wait time.
Often visiting family in Gladesville and have been here many times - never disappointed. You need to book as it is small and does get busy, but they try to accommodate you if they can. Love the appetisers of stuffed olives and the haloumi, asparagus and chorizo plate. Usually try one of their special pizzas, but have all been delicious. Busy, great family atmosphere or great place for couples, delicious wood fired pizzas and great tiramisu. Friendly service and good prices. Planning on returning again next month!
Though another Pizza restaurant... Small, cosy, with very good value, service & speedy pick up.Traditional tasty THIN Pizza's that don't weigh the stomach down! Some great calamari, olives, & yumm to the Barramundi arancini! Always an affordable family hit, though squeezy at times when busy, always a friendly environment.Mojito's & Sangria not bad either. Buon appetito!

Had dinner here with friends and I absolutely loved it! All the food was fantastic, authentic Italian food that was very fresh and flavoursome. Service was great and it's byo which is a bonus. I've lived in the area for a few years now and I don't know why more people aren't talking about this place. An absolute must try!
after been told by my friend how good this little cosy place is, I went there with my family and was quite surprised, it was much better than I actually thought it would be. The pizzas were awesome and home made desserts were amazing. I will definitely return to this great place in future.
Have been eating hear since original owner and nothing has changed he food and atmosphere are amazing. I have to say the gnocchi with lamb rague is to die for. Absolutely everything that comes out of the kitchen is amazing.
The absolute best HOME MADE RAVIOLI stuffed with pumpkin & crushed amaretti biscuit served with burnt butter, sage & grana padano I have ever had. Pizza are pretty darn good too. Service fantastic.

what a small and cosy restaurant. but amazing food. We often return here for the best pizza in town. Never disappointed. suggest you book as not many tables.
My 14yo daughter chose Bar Pizza for her birthday dinner. Calamari starter was beautiful. Tender and a light batter. Followed by pizza all round. Lovely.
