I've been to Barabouf a few times, but after reading some comments, I honestly hesitated to return. Has the service changed so drastically that people truly dislike it and give it only one star? Has the warm, family-like atmosphere given way to a cold, unfriendly restaurant? Well, no. I went back a bit reluctantly last Saturday and was very relieved to find that nothing had changed. For regulars or those looking to try something new, Barabouf is a must-visit in the area. It has been, and will remain, my favorite restaurant. The atmosphere still has its charm. This restaurant is a fantastic discovery! The staff are extremely friendly, and the menu is exceptional. The attention to detail is impressive, and the flavors are outstanding. There's a wide variety of options, and I can honestly say it's probably the best meal we've had during our trip (eight days in). Plus, it's BYO, which is very convenient. I highly recommend this restaurant, which also features great music and a lively atmosphere.

The restaurant has a pleasant vibe, but we were seated right in the middle of the entrance, facing the door at extra tables, which was somewhat uncomfortable. However, our hostess was incredibly friendly and made up for it with her excellent service. On the food side, it was a delightful discovery! Overall, I would rate it: Food: 4, Service: 4, Atmosphere: 4.

This is MY restaurant in Old Beloeil. It's so delicious! Everything is superb, and the atmosphere is just WOW. I will be celebrating my retirement and my birthday there on June 27. You should go; you won't be disappointed!

Visit for the delicious main courses and decent desserts, but nothing beyond that. The atmosphere is pleasant, although it can be a bit noisy. Food rating: 4/5.
