My fiance I are regulars here and just left after a very unsatisfying experience with one of the employees. We came to Google to leave this review immediately noticed there are other recent reviews about this particular woman. Granted, the first time we ever saw her here was the last time we visited she was great! I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and the person who made it randomly got mad at me for no reason. The person standing behind me in line also said “man, she got really mad at you for no reason. I didn’t even know what you did.” I was over the top polite the entire time and said “please” and “thank you” every chance I got. She also didn’t fill my large coffee up all the way. I was in the area this past week and decided to give this location another try. There was no friendly greeting and the girl who served me obviously hates her job. There was another young girl who smiled and asked if I'd been helped which was nice. The unfriendly girl also put cream cheese on just one side of the bagel and they used to put it on both. When I went to pay I asked older lady if she could look up my account by phone number and of course she said no I had to download the app LOL. Later in the week I tried the Westerville location and what a difference in a very good way! I told the lady this was my first visit and I was not familiar with the menu and she was very irritated and rude. I asked for hot corn beef with mustard and Swiss cheese. I ended up with hot corn beef with lettuce, tomato, Swiss cheese and Mayo. I had to remind her about the mustard. I have no intentions of visiting this location again. They need to teach this lady how to be kind to customers and make them feel comfortable not like they are some alien from outer space.
