Had dinner here during our stay in Colmar. Made a reservation (even though it was a weekday) a couple of weeks before. Which turned out to be the smart thing...the place was almost fully booked. After entering we were accompanied to our table by our waiter. Our English Bulldog was welcome as well. Ordered a bottle of Crèmant d'Alsace (pink), Foie Gras (mi-cuit) and Oysters for starters. Both excellent choices. The foie gras was nice sized (two pieces), very smooth and tender. The oysters were soft and creamy, tasted very fresh.
