Honestly speaking I’m giving this restaurant a 4 star just because of the manager. Although my valentine’s day diner was ruined and we did wait 2 hours for our food. I just felt like it was one of those nights where your crew is not in line with you. During that two hour period, our waiter did not even check on us not once! I had to get up and find the manager! After another waiter advised us to leave the place. Other than that; beautiful restaurant, calm setting, lovely place to take someone out on a date.
we have booked our reservation through an open table. we have even received a confirmation text on the day before, to which we reacted and it was confirmed. we went there 5 minutes before the actual reservation and the restaurant was closed! no signs anywhere with information, why, etc. much luck for us now after we get a babysitter to go to dinner with my wife to find a decent time, somewhere else on a Saturday night 8:30. terrible communication between the restaurant and open table.
This place SUCKS. After 20 minutes of waiting we couldn’t even get water at our table. On Valentine’s Day. When we made the reservations almost a month in advance.
The food and service were both disappointing. I highly recommend avoiding the steak, as the staff seems unclear about the difference between medium well and rare.

The decor, food, and service were phenomenal. It was a wonderful meal and an excellent experience. I will definitely be returning!
