I have never experienced a lounge running out of liquor before, which shows a lack of seriousness. I also waited nearly an hour and a half for hookah. If you're looking to kill time, this might be the perfect spot. However, if you want to enjoy a good time, it might be better to wait until winter. It was my birthday, and I was quite disappointed.
