I ordered the rule size Phó with comb meat. I also added a page of white rice. I finally asked for a small side of chili oil and Thai chili?? Paste, of which I mixed with all basil, bean and jalapeno slices into my bowl. This was accompanied by a pot of jasmine hot tea?. If you enjoy Vietnamese food, or if you have never tried, this is definitely a wonderful restaurant. One of the staff was not very friendly. When I tried to complicate the food he ignored me, and he never smiled during any exchange I experienced. I know he spoke English when I listened to him. Maybe he just had a bad day? Wow! The lemongrass tofu banh mi and pickled plum soda are among the best I've ever tasted. It's tough to find vegan choices in Albuquerque, but this place really delivers. I can't wait to sample something else next time. The staff is friendly and efficient, and some of them are wearing masks. I visited on a Saturday afternoon; it was busy but not too crowded. I will definitely be back. Thank you for offering vegan options!

1. The Pho soup was lukewarm instead of hot. I wasn’t sure how to cook the sprouts. 2. The broth lacked flavor and tasted very diluted. 3. The meat slices were too thick, yet somehow they ended up overcooked, dry, and tough. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because of the decent service and the cleanliness of the place. However, the food was disappointing and unacceptable.

Was sat at a table quickly, given waters quickly but it took a waitress some time to come and take our order. Once we ordered, our food came out so fast. It was all so delicious too. Basil Leaf is hands down the best Vietnamese restaurant in Albuquerque! The service is outstanding and incredibly quick. The quality and flavor of the food are extraordinary! It’s simply phenomenal! My favorite dish is the pork noodle bowl—add some basil, and it becomes unbeatable!

Always an excellent place to go for dinner or lunch with friends or family. Food is delicious, prices are good, and staff is professional. Be warned, the portion sizes are large! If you're getting the pho, don't go above a regular unless you're ravenous or have a big appetite!

Food quality, selection, table service and value can't be beat for all this deliciousness! I first tried Basil Leaf in 2019 and have come back on every NM trip, since then. Being a foodie who also has Celiac can be a downer but not here, I eat like a queen! Thank You staff :D

Had lunch with my wife on a Friday around 1215. Restaurant was pretty crowded but we were seated right away. Service was good and food came out quickly. I had a noodle bowl and my wife a clay pot and both were really good. Will come back again. Reserva una mesa ahora

Service was excellent even on a busy Sunday night. We had the Teriyaki Chicken Skewers and Lemongrass Chicken Rice Plate. Both were very good.
