If you are vacationing in Albi make a point of visiting Basilic Co. The pizzas are outstanding. In addition to the traditional range of pizzas there are a selection of creative pizzas which were simply delicious. Desserts are equally delicious the chocolate focaccia is a winner. The hosts were delightful and the service prompt and attentive. Fully deserving of the 5 star rating
