Walk in all 3 girls at counter on their cell phones. None of them wearing a mask even tho they have signs all over their store windows even after they were closed for covid after employee tested positive weeks ago. The girl who wore the ice cream sandwich t-shirt was very rude. She ask me want do want. When I explained to her what I wanted she made it wrong. When I tried explaining it again. She said well you said this. I said no you cut me off an didnt let me finish my selections. I wish it was a negative 0.. I work in the food service industry and this is not tolerated.. Nasty attitudes, racist and just not a good look for dunkin donuts.. I will never come back here again and this probably won't change anything but I believe someone will read b4 going there if your of a different race other than light..
Ordered several cakes from here and what a disappointment! The last photo cake, colors were muted and the photo was completed off centered and cracked. When I asked the store manager about it, he quickly dismissed it and said they have never gotten any complaints. Terrible customer service and won't be returning!
Freezers are set way too high and ice cream is melty before you even sit down. I would avoid this location. Unfortunate, because I love BR ice cream!ETA: A few hours later…Well, I should have known. I’m so sick from eating the ice cream from here. Likely Listeria. Be warned.

I ordered hash browns, but what I received were hard, burnt disks—not even warm. The service was awful, and it seemed like the employees showed favoritism toward certain customers.
