This is the worst Baskin-Robbins I've ever been to. I received ice cream that was weeks old and ended up being overcharged. When I tasted it and returned the spoon, they didn't even have the decency to offer a refund. I would rate this as the worst location ever.
I found coffee grounds in my cup, which was quite disappointing.
The ice cream here is absolutely delightful!
