it was at 2:30 on Sunday, 08/07/2022. I'm regular every day, I'll stop three or four times, get coffee or something. I've been your man for over 10 years. I was in the driveway. I ordered a middle coffee with two sugars and saw. when I came into the window to pay. I asked for two additional sugars the hired said: why didn't you tell me? I would say it in my words, sometimes coffee is less sugar-free. I said I would set it up myself. then he started to argue with me. he is very disrespectful and rude. he has to train. the name of the employee is mustafa. I may have written wrong, but I know him. after that I never went to dunkin, 18A bel air S.K, bel air, md 21015. I'm going to die. sincere,
Had pre-ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday party, and on our way to the party stopped to pick it up. After a bit of a delay, I was told that the cake maker was sick. The manager(? Offered to to give us 2 smaller cakes decorated the same was wehad requested on our order. This was not a huge deal to us, so we took him up on the offer. Overall, I left satisfied. I onlydeducted 1 star because I think a phone call could have been made previous to our arrival for pickup (10:30 . The manager wasvery apologetic and did what he could to make it right. Will use them again in the future.
Not very clean, outdated and slow unfriendly service. It?d also be nice if they answered their phones and actually lived up to the 31 flavors trademark. Would not recommend this place or go out of my way for it? Needs new management (higher ups) tore-evaluate how they present the brand.
I really enjoy dining at Dunkin' Brands, partly because my dad used to own a similar restaurant. The menu offers great options, though I wish they provided more napkins compared to other spots I've visited in Western Maryland. On the bright side, the ice is always crisp and refreshing.

I really like BR and my dad used to run one. This one is a little light on the servings compared to others I have visited recently in western Maryland. With that said, the ice cream is always tasty.
The drive-thru line gets incredibly long in the summer, and I was really disappointed when they ran out of the salted caramel truffle Blizzard. But I guess that's just how business goes.
My kids and I always look forward to returning to this spot. We enjoy grabbing a Blizzard whenever possible. The young staff here are wonderful—friendly, courteous, and always smiling.
the ice here is the best. coffee is always well done and it is opened later than most dunkins. the service here is more pleasant and friendly than most and there are outside seats.
