This was our first experience with delivery from Rita's, and we were concerned that we might receive melted ice cream at our doorstep. Fortunately, that wasn't the case; everything arrived in perfect condition. Our house is only 15 minutes away from Rita's, which likely contributed to the good quality upon arrival. If you have a location nearby, I would recommend choosing delivery. However, if it's a half-hour away or more, I would suggest picking it up instead.
This was our first time having Rita's delivered. We were worried that we were going to end up with melted ice cream at the front door. It did not happen, it arrived in great condition. Now our house is 15 minutes from Rita's so I know that helped. If you have one that close to you then I would go for delivery if that's what you want. If it's a half-hour away you're more then you're going to have to pick it up I would say.
What is this? I ordered a kiddie cup of peach custard because it sounded delicious. To my surprise, they couldn't even fill the cup properly; the swirl didn’t even reach the top. To make matters worse, the taste was terrible—I could barely find any peach flavor, and it was overly whipped. What a disappointment! This was definitely not the treat I was expecting.

This is a great place to take the kids or to visit when you're in the mood for a frozen dessert. Unlike snowball stands, they are open year-round.
The service was outstanding, and the desserts were delightful. However, the indoor seating area could use some cleaning, as it was quite dirty.
