The young girl with the blonde hair must really hate her job because she's extremely rude. You're a front facing employee. If you don't like your current job, please leave. Owner Savi needs to perform an assessment in this employee. She was rude to me, my kids, a lady with a family too and on top of that, she hastily scooped a horrible scoop on the cones for my kids.
The woman at the front had absolutely no customer service skills (on September 27 around 8:30 PM). She was preoccupied with her own tasks and rudely told us to let her know when we were ready. To make matters worse, she took the order of a customer who arrived after us. I'm extremely disappointed.
The lady with the blonde hair is rude. I said caramel on half of the side. Had so much attitude over it. I didn’t want to eat caramel on every bite. It was loud so she didn’t hear and accused me of not saying it when my friend nearby heard. Would not come back. Hire better people.
