I always have the best experience when I come here. The staff are always very friendly and know what I want everytime I go there. The kids love it here as the ice cream is amazing. You can never go wrong here as it is the best ice cream joint in London.
This is more of a takeaway than eat In establishment. If I am in a Hatch End always drop in for a mixed tub to take home to eat over the next couple of days. Great mix of flavours and toppings to suit whatever mood. Can get really busy on hot days
Ice creams were too creamy and somewhere they lost the consistent flavour factor. Also over priced. A lot of people seem to come here and they enjoy their dessert. I’ve tasted far more ice creams globally and this place doesn’t do it for me. Go...

Always use this place regularly , hygiene and staff are impeccable , ice creams are divine , milkshakes sublime and the hot chocolate sundaes ..... wow !! ' Keep up the hard work , your customers appreciate it !!
The staff are always nice and friendly and serve you with a smile. Even though I did drive one staff member mad by trying about six different flavours. Only because the ice cream I like best was out of rotation.
I returned to the restaurant last week for dessert. The server was excellent and did a fantastic job. The ice cream was delicious, and the Chocolate mousse royale was back on the menu! I absolutely loved it.

Visitied Baskins after disappointing meal and though we had to wait in line we were given great service and the ice cream was fantastic. This time I had Gold Medal Ribbon, which was great, as always.
