It was 31deg outside but my ice cream, rum raisin flavor was melting when it was served. They also charged me $0.29 for the sugarcone!! Yikes… but probably I would go back there again. The custom cakes I've ordered here are consistently delicious. The staff is wonderful in the mornings, and by now, they know my usual order since I always get the same thing when I visit. I rarely encounter issues. Any mistakes that do happen can be easily resolved, so I just recommend that customers double-check their orders before leaving the store.

We went in for ice cream and we were served right away. The worker gave me a sample and was very kind. When I asked for water, he even offered me a cold one instead of room temperature. I must have chosen a bad day to visit, as 70% of the ice cream flavors were unavailable. Unfortunately, there were definitely no 26 flavors to choose from. However, the place was clean, and the staff was very helpful.
The service sucks. You wait online for so long and half the time your order is wrong. The employees are not friendly and they rarely have the ice cream flavors that you ask for. Something needs to be done.
Service here is rough. The staff is unsure of what they are doing and have no sense of urgency or pleasantries. It is chaotic when 4-5 people are in the ice cream line and coffee line.

Customer service was amazing. Very friendly server and patient. Ordered 3 shakes and mango smoothie. It was delicious and worth the wait.
