I just wanted to say a big 'Thank You ' to the wonderful staff that were working on Saturday 3rd December in the evening. We dropped in for some ice cream as a family and explained to the staff that my daughter has coeliacs disease.. not only were they extremely helpful showing us which ice cream was safe for her to have they also brought over the packaging of the lollies and sauce for me to check before using anything.. it made it such a great experience, especially for my 7 year daughter who struggles to always enjoy a treat in many places. Still the best ice cream in the world! My only complaint is that I ordered a large sundae, but the server used the smallest scoop they had, leaving my container nearly empty. Meanwhile, my wife ordered a two-scoop waffle cone and ended up with almost twice the amount of ice cream I had, which was pretty disappointing. I usually get the same thing at Baskin Robbins, and I usually have a hard time finishing it. This time, though, it felt more like a 50-cent cone from McDonald's, which was really sad.
The staff who served us was absolutely lovely! My partner had a delicious thick shake and i had a belgian waffle. Id give my partners thickshake a 5/5 and my waffle a 4/5 the icream and choc sauce was delicious but wasnt a fan of the waffle, had some kind of crunchy sugar or something through it, flavour was good but i didnt enjoy the texture, not of a usual waffle. Look forward to our next visit!
The restaurant is very clean and well-maintained. The staff member on duty was patient and took the time to answer all my questions. The prices are reasonable, offering good value for money. They also have a nice variety of ice creams to choose from.

We were welcomed by a young staff member just 10 minutes before closing, but he treated us as if we were his very first customers. He was incredibly polite, friendly, and funny. Thank you for the excellent customer service, Danny!
The vertical sundaes are absolutely delicious! It’s tough to pick just one, not to mention choosing which two ice cream flavors to include! So many choices! Everything is so tasty!
