I visited Baskin Robbins Edgware London Ice-cream Desserts Shakes Sundaes Cakes at 8750 Bayview Ave to buy my son's birthday cake in the morning. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the cake he chose on the menu online. I explained to the staff that I needed it for tonight, and she kindly assisted me by preparing it immediately so I could pick it up by 4:30 pm. She was very helpful, and I truly appreciated her support. Thank you!

Terrible experience that ruined our day. I ended up in tears, as did my cousins, because there was no sorbet available and I’m allergic to milk. The staff member was rude. This shop should be closed down.
