The cookies are bland and tough, but I really enjoy their coffee. The staff are friendly, attentive, and handle busy times well. I even met someone who recognized my coffee card while I was shopping in the city—they raved about the coffee and mentioned how disappointed they are that they don’t visit Glenorchy often.
Cookies are tasteless and hard but I love your coffees. Lovely staff and work well under pressure. I even had someone see my coffee card whilst buying something in the city and the exclaimed how they love the coffee there and how they are disappointed they don't get out to Glenorchy much.
The staff here make excellent roasted sandwiches. They also offer delivery to other shops in the center. The service is consistently friendly and with a smile. The coffee is inexpensive, though it’s nothing beyond a basic brew. I appreciate how they treat seniors with care and respect.

These guys do a great toasted sandwich. They will also deliver to other shops in the centre. Service is usually with a smile. Coffee is cheap but not much more then just a cheap coffee. I like the way they treat the senior that shop with them.
Baskin-Robbins/Cookie Man offers probably the best cafe experience you'll find in the Nelson Bay area, with a fantastic menu that caters to a variety of tastes.
If you visit this place, avoid ordering the chicken schnitzel. It tastes like frozen, pre-packaged food.
