This afternoon after shopping at Pete's I stopped at this DD location. Drove to window after placing order. Presented a $20 and later offered .20 after seeing the total was $4.20. The gentleman just looked at me with no acknowledgement on his face so I thought he was listening to other drive thru orders. He wouldn't take the change so I figured since the register closed I'd confused him. As I attempted to talk to him, he would not look at me, turned his back on me, and walked away. As I kept saying Thank you, his co workers even tapped him letting him know I was talking to him. He continued to ignore me. Weird.
I have had a frustrating experience with this restaurant. No matter what I order, they always seem to get it wrong. I tried to order a sundae with vanilla, butter pecan, and strawberries, but they gave me one with vanilla and fudge instead. When I took it back to get the correct order, they still refused to accommodate me. Another time, I ordered the same sundae through Uber Eats, and once again, they sent me vanilla with fudge. I'm done with this place and will definitely not be ordering from them again.
I ordered a cake for pickup at 10:30 am on Sunday, placing the order at 9:00 am on Saturday. Unfortunately, I couldn't pick it up until around 3:00 pm. They claimed to have called me several times to inform me that they couldn't make the cake. However, the only call I received from an unknown number was at 1:00 pm on Sunday—2.5 hours after my cake was supposed to be ready—and there was no voicemail left. If you're unable to fulfill custom cake orders, you shouldn't accept online requests.
This is by far the worst DD. Half the time the store is open but the register is down, and they keep the store open and just keep telling people they are closed. Sometimes you pull up and they tell you it's closed because of no staff. You drive around and see there are at least two people there. When they are open the staff is rude or indifferent. I will never go there again, and I cannot believe the owner still has a viable business.

I’m giving this place a 1 because that’s the lowest rating I can give; if I could, I would give it a 0.5 or even lower. The cleanliness is absolutely appalling and the service is incredibly slow. The restaurant is dirty and unkempt. When we sat down, we had to clean the table ourselves. There’s no air conditioning, and the cones were stale. Overall, I do not recommend this place at all.
I’ve had a terrible experience every time I visit this location. After living in the area for five years, I rarely buy from this store. They consistently mess up my orders and the customer service is rude! Today, they handed us ice creams that were dripping and melting. We had to ask for napkins, and the guy just gave us one while nodding his head. It’s just pathetic service.
Awful service and incredibly slow customer support. They opened an hour late, served whatever they felt like instead of what was ordered, and closed whenever they pleased. It's a wonder they stay open at all!
Arrived at 10:22 and was closed. Lights were on but no one working.
