My experience at the Bergenfield Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin-Robbins was frustrating. It took 20 minutes for them to prepare my cappuccino blast, and the first one they handed me wasn’t the mocha flavor I ordered. The second one wasn't blended well either. To make matters worse, the first drink had been sitting out for a while because they forgot about my order. With about seven employees working, I expected the service to be faster and without mistakes. Overall, I am very unhappy with my experience here.
This location has been by far the worse one I have ever been too. I ordered a cake ahead of time, it was made no where near up to par, 1/3 of the size I've had it when ordering it at another location. It was a father's day cake for my husband.Now, recently went there again and just nothing but issues, higher prices than everywhere else and not great service. Only thing I can get there without an issue is the some of their pre-made cakes but I only go here if the other one in my area is sold out.
Three starts that's all I can give them. This isn't a terrible location but I once caught one of the workers dig her long finger nail into her ear and then she proceeded to grab the ice cream scoop WITHOUT A GLOVE and scoop my ice cream. When I gave it back to her she snatched the come from my hand. So far that was the only gross thing that happened there but I do believe that they need to go over some training with some if them. I work in food service myself and food safety is top priority.
This place is convenient and serves its purpose. I prefer to visit a local, family-owned spot, but sometimes I just don’t feel like driving. Plus, they offer 31 flavors, which is a nice perk. However, since it's connected to Dunkin', you have to wait in the same line even if you're just there for ice cream. Despite being a busy location, the staff works efficiently. That said, both behind the counter and in the seating areas, the cleanliness could use some improvement.

The coffee here is so weak that it hardly deserves the name! The manager is incredibly rude. Every time we order ahead, there’s always something wrong with our food. The last time we visited, our meal was burnt, and we didn’t receive a replacement or a refund. We’ve decided to stop going to this location, and I recommend you do the same. It would be better to head to Teaneck or Dumont instead.
The new Mangonada that has Tajin in it is a MUST HAVE! It may not be for everyone's taste, but if a little bit of spice, tartness, a bit of salt, and the cold sweet mango flavored coolada ? The service here is also quick, efficient and very polite. Highly recommend!, plus it has a Baskin Robin's inside so who can hate.
The staff at the register could be more welcoming and enthusiastic about their work environment. They make a fantastic coffee Coolata, but their attitude leaves something to be desired. It can make customers hesitant to approach them.
This location has to be by far the worse in terms of variety of ice-cream flavors. They never have the basic flavors, chocolate, vanilla etc, what a disappointment.

Been going here for years. Workers are patience and friendly. Ice cream is properly labeled and staff is attentive. Recommended.
