My younger son and I had finished drinking the water. My older sonhad pineapple which he drank. So my son decides to ask for a glass of water. The guy saids sure. This is what $40 gets you at Chapala Grille Mexican. We ordered takeout on Cinco de Mayo and were told the wait time would be two hours, which was fine. When we picked up the food, everything was cold. These were the saddest tacos I've ever seen—just meat wrapped in a cheap, thin tortilla. They also forgot one of our sides. We tried calling Chapala Grille Mexican to resolve this, but they either didn’t answer or hung up, saying they were no longer taking orders today. Definitely not what we expected from their menu.

Dampening the enthusiasm for the place is a general concern about the apparent lack of face coverings from the staff, and limited socially distant seating in the restaurant. Having said that, when we visited, the restaurant was not very crowded and was able to relocate us when other patrons came in and were seated too close to us.

I ordered from Chapala Grille Mexican through Uber Eats, and unfortunately, the food was completely lacking in flavor. Everything tasted like it had been frozen, and the horchata tasted just like tap water. This is by far the worst Mexican food I’ve ever had.
Chapala's is our favorite Mexican restaurant....food, customer service great, and Ricardo, the owner and his wife, Maria, Martin, his brother, who makes all the staff You feel at home....Mi Casa es su Casa! We feed there for every family day!
The Mexican food here is delicious and affordable. They offer a great variety of traditional dishes to choose from. The service is quick and friendly, and the restaurant is very clean. We will definitely be coming back again.
I came here with my friends and the food was delicious!! The staff was very nice and friendly and our orders were perfect. Definitely check this place out if you're in the neighborhood.
