Went there today got ice creamy coffee brew and it was so sweet no flavor to it just tasted Milk and sugar , asked for moreCoffee because it was so sweet and the taste after taking few more sips I couldn’t drink it anymore.. yuck there were few costumers in there so didn’t want to say anything or even ask to get my money back because it’s not something I like to do to.. not only that there coffee comes in containers per ordered disgusting on top of that they charge for cone each , each scoop of ice cream we had 6 scoops of ice cream (3) ppl and it’s cost 22$ how insane is that NEVER AGAIN I’ll go there !!! I’ll take Macdonald’s ice cream any day !! Costumer service was dull no excitement at...

This establishment is racist due to the fact that I was insulted for no reason. The customer service is terrible. Let's start with the manager/owner who called me stupid. The reason is that I just ask her for a different flavor of ice cream. She prepared the sundae without asking me what flavor of ice cream. Now, this is pathetic. Before I knew it, she placed the ice cream on the counter after rushing to ring the sundae up to be paid. I ask her to re-do the order she quickly insulted me by calling me stupid.. I am letting all African American Black people know not to come to this Baskin Robbins

Great customer service! I was so pleased that they now offer Baseball Nut ice cream again and the server was super generous with my single scoop! The people were really nice here, including thanking us as we left. Reserva una mesa ahora

Takes me back to my childhood of going out and getting icecream. Otherwise a typical BR but for the nostalgia and the yummy ice cream, definitely 5 stars.

Helen served me and was a wonderful help. She gave me great recommendations. Space was very clean and well kept.

$30 plus dollars for soup! Not impressed. Staff was really nice but everything we got was soup.
