I placed an order totaling $65.12, but everything was included except for the Sunday kit, which costs almost $25. To make matters worse, they didn't include the most expensive item. Additionally, the confirmation they sent me was not even for my order—what I received was for $19.68. When I checked my last four credit card transactions, I realized they weren't even mine. I tried calling to resolve the issue, but received no help at all. I attempted to get a refund for the $40 difference but was only given back $25. I will never order from them again.
first time trying ice cream at this baskin robbins. I went for the reese’s peanut butter cup, but surprisingly didn’t love it, even though I’m a big fan of reese’s. Pralines ‘n cream, though? So good! I’ll definitely be back to try more. The staff was friendly and had a great sense of humor made the visit even better.
Ordered the new lava colada on grubhub idk if they didn't have the strawberry syrup but they substituted with the spicy mango, it was disgusting and inedible. Also ordered brownie sundae they didn't send a brownie. Ordered in grubhub no one called to mention or ask about subs and didn't refund the difference.
I really appreciate how friendly everyone is at this place. It's also a fantastic spot to grab a quick snack before heading to the grocery store. You'll notice a lot of people chatting in Greek, which creates a welcoming atmosphere! Plus, there’s a Dunkin’ nearby and parking is a breeze.

I visited this place in July, and it was just like any other Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin Robbins coffee shop. I found the staff to be helpful and polite. However, would I return? No!
Decent place . Friendly customer service. Always clean and with funcional charging stations. Never messes up an order and always with fast and quick service .
