This location is my go to. It appears to be under new ownership since my last two visits and I am very happy with the change. The new owners seem to be more customer service attentive and definitely pass the vibe check. The new owners are super nice and have been working on site along with employees. The employees have all been very nice, friendly, attentive and helpful. Super bonus on the second visit, I went for bday ice cream and had my bday balloons and flowers in hand (just received them in parking lot . They wished me happy birthday and I mentioned not getting my baskin robbins free bday scoop email that I normally get every year (I had the old emails the new owners went ahead honored...
I went yesterday around 12:30 we ordered two turtle cappuccino blasts but I forgot what they were out of that they couldn't make it how it is but the girl asked if we were fine with just caramel and we agreed to it. I don't know how she made them but they were so good, the best I've had in a while. I'm sad I didn't catch her name but she's definitely my new favorite mixer. And on top of that she had really good customer service. 10/10 for me.
My wife I were super tired after a hard days work had to treat ourselves. We needed some ice cream. We came into the store we were greeted by two nice guys, who had no problem sharing a smile. My wife ordered the Reese’s pieces cup. She said it was absolutely delicious. I had the mocha cappuccino blast, which was amazingly refreshing. The price was fair, but the service was excellent. We highly recommend this place for a quick pick me up.
This store is horrible. Poor customer service. They lost the email order for my Mom's 80th birthday and called a few hours after I left the store saying they found the order and could fill the order tomorrow.. umm yeah. I ordered the birthday cake for her birthday. So if you need to order a day after your Mom's 80th birthday cake, this place is great

Today I had a great experience at Baskin Robbins I met two young gentlemen Shiv and I did not get the other young man's name but they were very kind and professional.
When ordering a smoothy drink the owner only scoops have a spoon and letting her know you will pay extra for a full scoop she wont give it to you. Horrible service
Nice employee, open when my kid wanted ice cream (11 AM), plenty of flavors and generous with the samples. All kinds of fancy cones, toppings, and cakes!
Best costumer service great quality , clean store highly recommended beautiful cake , milk shakes
