When he finally made my banana royale, it was far from what I expected. It consisted of just two scoops of ice cream and a generous amount of hot fudge—no cherry, no whipped cream, nothing like the enticing photo they advertised. I was really disappointed. It was clear that he didn’t take pride in serving customers. I would consider letting him go if I were in charge. I had to specifically ask him to add whipped cream and a cherry. Overall, I felt like I wasted $7.99.
I haven't been to Baskin Robbins in awhile. The ice cream was good, as usual. But, we were very disappointed with the sugar cones. The old cones were thick and were coated with chocolate inside the bottom so ice cream didn't leak out. The cones they have now are very thin and break easily. Both of ours broke. Plus they leaked out of the bottom because the cones are no longer sealed. What a mess! Next time we'll just get it in a cup. Very disappointed!
My husband went and got a box of mini ice creams and they had a sticky residue and I know it?s from leaving them in the refrigerator for God knows how long. I should?ve taken a picture I was so upset I threw them in the trash what a waste of moneynever again
Great location. Plenty of taste and helpful staff. Tons refrigerator for cake. I think this is a great place to take your kids for ice cream. It's cheap, but not as cheap as I suspect. Have fun flavors loaded with sugar. Again, great for children Reserva una mesa ahora
It's a classic ice cream establishment. I just wish it wasn't so pricey, but they do give big scoops to be fair. Tip: always keep you receipt and do the online survey (takes 2 minutes) to save $1 on your next purchase.
April 2022 Friendly staff and quick service! Got a triple scoop for $6.99 and plain waffle cone for $1.29. The flavors were good and cone delicious!
The cashier added an authorized S3 tip that I had refunded. I never had this problem at any otherBRs. Check your receipts immediately.!
