Baskin-robbins - Reservar una mesa

I ordered a medium-sized cappuccino flash, and while I received a large one, I was only charged for a medium, which was a nice surprise. However, I think they need to invest in new blenders because my drink was mostly large chunks of ice that blocked the straw. It looked like the staff member was struggling with the blender. I enjoyed sitting outside at the little tables, but they really need to clean up; the tables were super sticky and covered in old ice cream and ice.

I think they need new blenders cuz it was mostly big chunks of ice that blocked the straw. The kid seemed to be struggling with the blender. So maybe Invest in some new blenders. I enjoyed my drink outside at the little tables. They need to power wash all the ice cream off the tables. They were super sticky covered in old ice cream.

This is a great Baskin Robbins location. The staff is friendly and bilingual, which is a plus. The store is clean, and the ice cream is just as delicious as at any other Baskin Robbins. Among all the locations, this one stands out nicely. While Baskin Robbins ice cream isn't my personal favorite, it’s still really tasty, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars. They also provide manual sanitizers for customer use, which is very helpful.

This Baskin-Robbins location is excellent. The staff members are friendly and speak multiple languages. The store is clean, and the ice cream quality matches that of any other Baskin-Robbins. Among all the locations, this one stands out. While Baskin-Robbins ice cream isn’t my personal favorite, it’s still quite good, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars. They also have hand sanitizer available and are very helpful.

Sometimes it closes earlier than its stated hours, and some employees can be rude, as if they want us to leave as soon as possible—even when it's not closing time yet. I don’t dislike the place; I’ve been a customer since it first opened. However, some employees could use more training in customer service. It's true that customers can be rude and disrespectful as well.

I visited on Monday night around 9:15 PM, but the restaurant was closed despite their posted hours stating they should be open until 10 PM. To make matters worse, the "Open" LED sign was illuminated. The two employees inside didn’t come to the door to inform me they were closed; they simply carried on with their activities. This occurred on 12/29/14.

It's a small Baskin but it's close to me. I think its pricey but I like going when they have deals. It's cool that they have so many different flavors and a flavor of the month. My favorite is love potion in February.

Every time I've visited, the staff has been fantastic. The cake is delicious, and I will definitely be a regular customer.
