Where to begin. Aryan took my order in full, only to stop me and then clock in. I ate my food inside and listened to him give all sorts of excuses to people at the drive thru, we 've got people waiting inside, its best if you came inside. Myself and one other individual were the only people inside. I 'm the only person working here today. Which may be true, but we saw another gentlemen working, however he may have gone on lunch/break at the moment We 're cleaning our cook tops so we can 't make any food said minutes after he gave me my food which was extremely cold. We 're cleaning our drink machine its gonna be a long wait All within maybe 5-10 minutes of sitting inside while I ate my cold...
Wow!! I was not at all surprised to see the ratings for this store when I checked today. It 's sad actually. My experience here today was terrible to say the least!! Had to wait long then was given a watered down frozen beverage that was missing an ingredient. When I brought the item inside they were extremely rude. Claiming I was wrong. Refusing to re make it. When I asked for the manager I saw a guy who was texting at the counter look up from his phone at me and say that 's me Then I explained to him that I wanted to exchange my item he just told me she said it was correct like I was wrong so oh well! Un real. I paid for that. Threw it away. Will never return. Should be ashamed.
The lobby is closed every day, leaving only the drive-thru available, and it takes an incredible 20 minutes just to get a single cup of coffee. With the lobby shut, it feels like they're trying to avoid interacting with customers directly, restricting our access entirely. At other locations, the lobbies are open, which creates a smoother experience for customers coming and going. This closure seems like a tactic to minimize complaints from patrons. I've contacted corporate to request a video call to discuss our experience, and they've expressed a willingness to have a 30-minute conversation on camera. We'll see if they actually follow through with that.
Today at 12:45 PM, I purchased a large black coffee and half a dozen donuts, and I was extremely disappointed. The food made me feel quite ill, and I ended up vomiting multiple times. I tried to call the store to address the issue, but they conveniently didn't answer, likely because they are aware of the problems they’re causing. If you experience something similar, don't hesitate to dispute the charge with your credit card company.

this is by far the worst dunkin in the area, staff is super slow, orders are always wrong even when ordering through the app with specific instructions. Staff isn't trained properly or shown how to make very simple drinks. If you want to go to dunkin,avoid this one.
Terrible and unsatisfactory service. They charge $6 for a macchiato and don't even know how to make it correctly. This level of quality wouldn't be tolerated at Starbucks. I'm thinking about deleting this app and stopping my visits to Dunkin' for good.
I don't know what they did but they made my ice coffee so bitter I couldn't even drink it. When I go to the other dunkin donuts I ask for the same drink and it taste 10 times better.
The kid with glasses didn't listen when I asked for less ice in my coffee; instead, he added a full amount of ice. I would have already fired him for that.

6am sunday morning and you guys were closed at this point shut down this place and im not surprised seeing these bad reviews
