Just now I paid $32.60 for two of the smallest scoops of icecream a waffle cone and two cookies. What happened to the scoop size? I buy icecream at your store almost every weekend. I know the size of the scoop. The two scoops she put in the cone did not even fill the waffle cone. You should train your staff to do the right time for customers. Or better still, weigh the icecream when you serve it. We pay money for it, so do it right and stop stilling. I will not be back to your shop. I will go to the Italian shop down the road if you think you can increase your profit by stilling from customers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
Need to teach staff how to use the app. I went to get my free birthday scoop. Staff looked at me in confusion but one found some instructions. After doing what they said the app still wanted me to pay for it, even though the voucher was redeemed in the process. The staff member said she couldn't do anything further as she didn't know anything about the app so I had to leave empty-handed. If you're going to have these promotions you should at least train staff how to do it so customers aren't embarrassed. I absolutely love Baskin Robbins ice cream and we buy it regularly. Unfortunately our two experiences at this particular store haven’t been great. First we got overcharged and they had no idea how to process loyalty cards. Second time, was this week and I was really disappointed at the lack of direction when it came to social distancing. The store was packed (which is great for business) but I felt very uncomfortable and the staff we overwhelmed. More staff would get the lines moving faster or better signage limiting how many people in the store at a time.
The gentleman that was working on Anzac Day and finished his shift at 5 went over and beyond to help us pick out the perfect cake for my nieces 21st birthday and may I add that this was a last minute decision that we had made. Then we find out that he put a beautiful happy 21st birthday message in the box. Which was a wonderful surprise. He really made her night. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. The ice cream was delicious

Went got my usual order this afternoon 08.12.20 and a lovely young kid (blonde hair) served me with the name tag ‘Cooper’ he was working by himself with a large group of people behind me to serve. He was so polite/fast/perfect scoops. His customer service was above beyond while still being prompt so he could serve everyone as quick as possible. Your a little ripper Cooper keep up the good work.
Way too expensive for what you receive, like $8 for a single scoop of ice cream is ridiculous and the fact that the scoop sizes aren't even that big, then they charge an extra 50 cents for using card. The price is RIDICULOUS but the young man that just served me was lovely and helpful and so friendly. Split my kids scoop into 2 cups and almost doubled the serve for the same price. Not all heroes wear capes bro! Did me a solid Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
$9.08 for one scoop of below average ice cream. I was shocked! I have no idea how they justify the price for non-artisan ice cream. I am happy to pay that for Anita or Messina but not Baskin Robbins. What a joke Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Great icecream and staff but second visit recently with no cones and only tubs available. There shouldn't be any occasion that cones run out . Cones are partbof the experience. Tubs aren't edible. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
