Not bad, but not great either. Service was normal, but delayed. I waited about 8-10 minutes before a male employee took my ice cream order. There was only one employee before a second arrived and helped me; this might be due to the pandemic and staffing issues. The first, female employee didnt greet me, or tell me to wait, so theres that. She was busy doing drive through orders so I cant expect her to help right away, but I think thats also how they operate. Anyway, pretty normal buisness, just needs more employees. 3/5

I love love the Cappuccino Blast from there, unfortunately it comes with whip cream I don't like whip cream in my drinks so I get cinnamon (which comes with it) substitute the whip cream for cherries. It be nice if they didn't charge me 79¢ for a cherry.

Went for ice cream at 6 pm and the lobby was closed. They said drive thru open so we drove through and they told us they were closing the whole store because the worker was tired. Did not acknowledge the wrong information that was provided.

Very poor customer service. The manager told me to go to another Shop. WOW!
