We sat outside on their patio and had dinner for four. We ordered cocktails, which took an average time to receive. Everyone enjoyed their drinks, but they were nothing particularly special. We ordered the smashed fried potatoes at the same time as the drinks. They took what seemed like a long time to get, as we inquired about them when we started receiving dishes we ordered after receiving our drinks. Someone from the kitchen even came to our table to check if we had received them yet. Once we did, we all loved them. I would recommend those potatoes to anyone dining here. My first impression was a good one. The staff was great, my server was really nice. The drinks were ok nothing spectacular. I ordered an appetizer that was ok and then I ordered the paella, my server did mention it was gonna take about 40mins to prepare which was ok since I was already drinking and having great conversations. When the paella finally came out I had to send it back because it was burned, the rice was crispy and the entire dish was dry. The server did apologize and took it away. Everyone has an off day, I hope the next time I visit it gets better.
Clean, cozy restrooms, and good service. Awesome drink menu, food was decent. We ordered the Ginger Poloma and the Coconut Rum cocktails, they were great. From tapas menu, we ate mac n cheese, beef empanadas, ceviche and calamari. The ceviche was the best out of all! The rest just needed more flavor for an international spin. The overall atmosphere was ambient and intimate, perfect for a quiet date night or small group meet for conversation and cocktails. Keep up the great work Batanga!
Great ambiance outside on the patio. It’s quiet beautiful at night. We had the paella along with the yuca fries and empanadas to start. The empanadas seemed popular but lacked salt. Our waiter, though very sweet was a bit slow. Overall a good experience. Will definitely come back!

I went to Batanga while my entire family was in town. Everyone got a round of dishes to share and then we all shared the paella. The drinks were all delicious and no one complained about the food. The most interesting thing was definitely the banana ketchup.
We really enjoyed our evening. The staff was very attentive and we had drinks and food quickly. Although we had to ask for the chimichurri with our filet mignon, the staff was very quick to bring it out. The live music was fabulous!
Horrible food and terrible service…waiter threw my credit card at me because I did not leave a tip. Half of our food never came and the other half was really bad
Mother’s Day seemed to have a few issues that caused long delays on orders. I would recommend but not for a special event.
