Ordered around 830 so I guess the restaurant and cooks were ready to shut down. I ordered the canareggio pizza and tiramisu. The order was picked up and delivered within 10 minutes as I’m staying very close by. The pizza was ICE cold and uncut. There was also no cutlery for the tiramisu, which normally wouldn’t be an issue but should be a given when they know it is delivery. I’m not one to leave reviews but for a $50 delivery dinner I’d expect more attention to detail and a little more care. It may be a great restaurant but I couldn’t tell from my experience.
This has to be the WORST experience I’ve had at any restaurant. The waiter had an AirPod in his ear the entire time. He was literally talking on the phone with someone the entire time while he was giving us “service.” Literally the WORST service. Not only that, we ordered the margherita pizza and it was so soggy and the cheese tasted processed. I’d rather eat pizza from Domino’s. We also ordered the gnocchi and it was decent, but definitely not worth the hype. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
Although delicious the lasagna serving was small, expensive and came with nothing else (like salad, veggie or bread). The place was clean but grungy looking. The kitchen staff were shouting at each other and you could hear other noises from the kitchen like blenders. We were seated close to the kitchen. Acoustics left a lot to be desired. Our waiter was nice as were other staff. We probably won't go back.
Their service is the best for me and my boys don't even get me started on the food especially pizza it's a big deal on the toppings this restrant is Way way over 5 stars and you might be thinking 9 or 10 but no it's ? ????????????????????. Parking: Jjjji

We came to Piola to try their once a month deal of all you can eat Gnocchi. This was a great experience we got to try 10 different delicious sauces. The service was great everyone was so friendly specially Vicky. I will be back again!
Great place! I've walked by this restaurant numerous times but never took the time to stop in. I finally tried the lasagna, and it was excellent. I’ll definitely make a point to visit again the next time I’m in the area.
This is probably one of the best Italian restaurants that I have eaten at in the U.S.!!! The Gnocchi is phenomenal. Will definitely be coming here again!
Unfortunately, the lowest quality food I’ve had in Houston. Do not go here, thousands of better restaurants in houston

This place has the best pizzas and pastas, it is a good place to go with friends. The drinks are very good.
