Came here on a Sunday night around 6pm, there were several other diners inside. We were seated and given copies of the menu immediately, in a brisk manner so characteristic of south East Asian restaurants. The interior was clean, basic and no-frills with hard top white table cloths and plain walls.
After a few minutes, we decided on what to order. We chose the seafood spring roll, pho tai, seafood clay pot, vermicelli with pork slices, and another noodle dish with grilled chicken on the side which I don't know the name of. Han sido un cliente de este restaurante durante 3 años y el servicio que he recibido hoy fue la basura. ¡Hoy se quemaban mi mano de 1 y medio año de edad derramando carne de vacuno! Después de disculparse una vez que me dijeran, no se siente en una mesa pequeña, pida una mesa más grande. No había remordimiento ni empatía lo que nunca. Mi hijo gritando de dolor, rojo se enfrentó y en shock. Ninguno de los miembros del personal o el gerente ayudó también a la forma en que funciona este negocio cuando está ocupado, no tiene otra opción de la tabla en la que está sentado.
Have been a customer of this restaurant for 3 years and the service I have received today was rubbish. Today they burnt my 1 and a half year old son's hand spilling sizzling beef! After apologizing once I get told not be seated on a small table ask for a bigger table. There was no remorse or empathy what so ever. My child screaming in pain, red faced and in shock. None of the staff or the manager assisted also the way this business is run when busy you have no choice of the table you are seated at.

Walked past Bau Truong tonight expecting it to be packed to the rafters, however, it was surprisingly empty. So I decided to try it. We ordered special pork chop, some soup noodles and jellyfish salad. The jelly fish salad was quite impressive. Came out looking fresh and vibrant and it was tasty. I was disappointed with the pork chip. It looked overcooked and the portion size was small.
