The restaurant is situated in a beautiful spot right by the water, and getting there is convenient thanks to affordable or even complimentary valet parking. Unfortunately, the experience at the restaurant itself left much to be desired. The service was extremely slow, and we were one of only two couples present. After waiting over 20 minutes for our appetizer, we inquired with our server, who admitted that they hadn't even checked on it; when it finally arrived, it was lukewarm. The cocktails were disappointing as well, tasting quite watery and far from enjoyable. The fish nuggets were essentially a mixture of flour, bits of fish, and seasoning blended into a paste and then fried—not impress...
my family had a wonderful meal in bayside! we had diner from 75 to 16. the menu offered something for everyone. the team reports that the burgers were great. I had the chorrasco and it was excellent. looking at the ambiente, I was a bit worried when we arrived due to two big screen TVs. that was not a problem. the volume was not set high and the ambiente was very nice. we could chat freely. at most restaurants in puerto rico this was not the case. we would certainly return.
Excellent puertorrican food and enormous portions. The sampler plate is enough to feed four people. This will be a place we will be returning for sure. Much much better than the crowded places in front of the parking.
food and service was excellent. it is not the most beautiful scene, but close to the harbour and a beautiful evening. we loved our meal, service and help of the staff. would come back when we go back!

The food pictures did not match the food quality or presentation. A good burger(lamb) with unremarkable fries on a loud street. Ok pasta dish. We were disappointed after a long walk to get there.
The food was excessively salty, and the service was extremely poor. It seemed like the staff didn't care at all.
Our waiter was good but the restaurant was empty, the food was eh, and the service was very slow.
Best burger in Old San Juan! It was absolutely perfect, and the atmosphere was fantastic too!
