Ive been here 3-4 times and the wings are pretty good. But every time I come, the visit is so unpleasant because the employee who mans the counter is so incredibly rude every time. I'm not sure why he behaves this way, but I don't think the fried chicken is good enough that it's worth dealing with him. And on top of that, often during the times they are open, they won't take orders for 30min at a time, but the guy at the counter still sits there on his phone. I won't be ordering from this fried chicken place anymore as long as that guy is manning the counter.

I wanted to share a disappointing experience I had at this restaurant. There were several negative comments regarding the staff, particularly about a large man who was working on Sunday. It seems like the owner is unresponsive to these issues. The typical response we received was just a generic message about sharing feedback with employees and appreciating customers. However, this doesn’t seem to be genuine. Unfortunately, it feels like they don’t value their customers at all.

been here many times to get my favorite secret spicy sauce wings and always enjoyed it. however last few times i saw new faces. kitchen must be new to because it does not taste the same anymore. they use way too much flour...very very thick fried layer. doesn't taste good anymore. thought first time was a mistake from the kitchen, but 3-4 times after that??? seems like their recipe has changed. i no longer order from this location.

I had a terrible experience with customer service and definitely won't be returning. I prefer to support other local mom-and-pop restaurants that treat their customers with respect. After reading some of the other reviews, it's clear that the main issue is the larger guy with glasses who just sits around all day on his phone. I have ordered from this restaurant numerous times over the years and always considered it to serve some of the best fried chicken I've ever tasted. However, my most recent experiences have not lived up to that standard. The chicken that used to be incredibly crispy has recently been almost soggy, which is disappointing. Unfortunately, it no longer feels worth the wait or the price.

Number one way to lose customers…. Hire a a rude and demeaning associates who plays on their phone, gave me an attitude and was aggressive for making an order. Who does this place think they are to treat paying customers this way. I will never dine here at this location ever again, better off at soho cafe or any of the other bonchon locations in the city.

We decided to try this out because the photos on their banner looked delicious. We had the Honey Garlic and Soy Garlic wings. The wings were made to order which meant a 30 minute wait. However, the wings were totally worth the wait.

my favorite is a cheesling. the only disappointment I have yogurt dimmer source. in korea they offer me a yogurt diving source that is my favorite, but that does not load in usa. but the huh itself is not bad. Reserva una mesa ahora

Best Korean Fried Chicken place!! I love getting their wings and usually do half soy garlic half honey soy garlic. If you can take the heat, their spicy flavors are pretty good too!

the wings here are so good and most likely will not get wings on a pizza joint again! they have a wait when they place the order, but again well worth it
