Your average Rita's, only complaint is they ran out of cherry water ice, never new Rita's can run out of a flavor of water ice, their name has Italian water ice in it, you think of all places they would know how to never run out of a very popular flavor or any flavor at all since they have been doing this for a very long time now...I don't know does Mcdonalds ever run out of hamburgers? Probably not a good example it is McDonald's, they don't hire from the top of the unemployment line, not even from the middle...Oh keep an eye out for good coupons in the mail for Rita's, their prices are a bit ridiculous just like most places these days but coupons come often and there are usually a few good...

I visited this place to grab some gelato, but I was disappointed to find that the selection of water ice and custard wasn’t clearly displayed. I understand that some flavors of water ice may run out, but I noticed that your custard machine has at least five more flavors that aren't advertised. The signage only showed vanilla, chocolate, or a twist option. Once my kids made their choices, I was ready to order, but the line stopped moving. I then saw that the custard machine had flavors like coffee, banana, and birthday cake. I wanted to change my order, but I didn't want to confuse the staff. The restaurant at Huntingdon Pike and Church Road tends to be quite busy, but I happened to pass by and noticed there wasn't a line, so I decided to stop in. The chocolate custard I tried was delicious, although I found it to be a bit pricey. I don't visit Rita's as often as I used to because of their high prices, which is unfortunate since my wife and I really enjoy water ice. The location itself is very pleasant and always well-maintained. Service was for takeout, and I had a nice experience overall.
