Delicious! Our family of ten, visiting from out of state, chose BB's Cafe for breakfast, and we all left completely stuffed and ready for a nap. From the youngest at 3 years old to grandma, everyone enjoyed their meal without any complaints. Michelle was incredibly nice and welcoming, making us feel just like family. Although the seating is limited, that’s what takeout is for, right? The waffles, catfish, and breakfast burritos were all fantastic, and the sides were delicious as well! Thank you, Mama and Michelle, for starting our day with big smiles and full bellies. I loved every moment!
BB's Cafe is truly one of the best places in town. I've visited several times, and the consistency of their unbelievably good comfort food is what keeps me coming back. The family that runs this kitchen knows the secret to success—and to creating incredibly tasty dishes. Every time I've ordered the chicken and waffles, my plate has looked and tasted exactly as I imagined. If you haven't tried this place yet, I promise you it embodies the essence of classic, delicious comfort food!
This is a straightforward soul food restaurant. We sampled their chicken and waffles, and the waffle batter had a pleasantly chewy, doughnut-like texture. The staff were friendly and attentive. While the seating area is somewhat small, they managed the crowd by setting up a foldable outdoor table and chairs. I definitely want to try their breakfast burrito the next time I'm in the area.
What a gem! I came here for lunch based on my nephew's recommendation, and he was absolutely right. It's a charming soul food spot that I didn't know existed in Covina. I absolutely love the wings; they are cooked to perfection! The addition of the waffles makes it even better. Overall, I had a great experience. I ordered takeout, and the service was excellent. The price per person was around $10–20. I give the food, service, and atmosphere all a 5 out of 5. I highly recommend the Chicken Waffle Combo!
I visited this restaurant with my friends after attending a music festival, and we all absolutely loved it. The food was incredible, and the staff was very friendly. There's a warm, family atmosphere here that I really appreciate. It's an hour away, but I will definitely make that drive for the food.
