Service and food are ok. There is only one thing me and my friends feel bad and bad..look at my pictures..you will understand what I mean. They shouldn't be on the happy hour menu. They said the menu was too yellow.. Happy hour is from 3 to 6. But need items after happy hour? So I feel they are being dishonest with this food. We had an amazing experience at the restaurant, thanks to our server, Nico. He mentioned that he's only been in the service industry for four months, but you wouldn't know it from his performance. He was bustling around, managing the outdoor seating area all by himself, and he was always available to check on us and the other guests. Our meals were fantastic, and when we expressed our desire to share our entrees, Nico thoughtfully offered to split them for us. It was a wonderful touch. Overall, we had a great evening, and I highly recommend asking for Nico when you visit!

I usually don't make a review but I got so disappointed today 08/11/2024. I went with my family to eat here in Lazy Dog West Covina. We checked in between 1:30 and 1:45. So the lady in front desk took us to a table. After 15 minutes nobody came even to offer us drinks. I went back to the lady in front desk if please she can get someone to help us. She said ok I will. I guess she didn't do anything because 10 minutes passed no body. So we walked out of it. Bad experience. We'll never comeback to this place.

Everything was packed up nicely.The Fettuccine Alfredo travels well and tastes good. Not a fan of the parmesan crackers that came with the pasta; why not garlic bread? The Banana Pudding was delicious, wish the portion was just a bit larger.

Good food and good experience. You feel like your really out and enjoying a meal. Not just a hum drum restaurant. Kid-friendliness: They have a fun and yummy build your sundae. It's popular with my kids and I.

This place has always been good to us. I went with my wife to celebrate our 27yr anniversary, our waitress Megan was so sweet and her crew they all signed a card for us and helped make our evening!!

The food is freakin amazing. Highly recommend their Brussel sprouts. Their late night happy hour is convenient too for a working mom. ? service was quick since I went during the week.

I ordered the seared tuna salad. It came on a small plate with a handful of salad, shredded carrots and raddish, and 6 tiny, thin slices of seared tuna for $21.95. That was very sad.

We either didnt read the description or it wasnt mentioned that these meals were frozen. Would take about an hour to bake ... yeah wasted my money
