Bb's Tex-orleans - Reserva de mesa

We have came to the location multiple times before. Today just seemed a little off for the staff. I originally ordered the Thursday special but was extremely dissatisfied by the presentation and portion of the item. After asking them to take it back I ordered the Tuesday special and once again wasn?t quite satisfied with the meal seeing that one piece of chicken was a scrap piece and not even a full piece like it says on the menu. I noticed a lot of staff walking around either talking to one another or not being productive while I had to personally get an employees attention just to change my order.This establishment definitely needs a revamp and boost of motivation.

Great place to get some of that cajun style cooking. Stopped by here and got the po' boy with a side of chicken and sausage gumbo, and fried pickles. My buddy had never had a po' boy, and it turned out pretty good. Reminded me of Louisiana. The reason I gave it 4 stars is that the place seems a bit dated and could use some freshening up, my opinion of course. Go for yourself and check it out, the food doesn't disappoint.

Wow! We were driving to Austin, from Houston and found this little gem. The food was so good. We had the cajun empanadas, shrimp and grits, and crawfish pasta. The portions are nicely sized and the flavor is packed in. We will definitely make this a stop when we're traveling! Also, the service was great and the food arrived quickly. Thanks so much!

The management of this restaurant has deteriorated a lot, they send promotions from the head of BB's and in this restaurant they have no idea about the promotions, causing extra costs in the prices. It's not the waiters' fault, but in the past year I have seen how the service has deteriorated more and more. Reserva una mesa ahora

Really good food in a really nice atmosphere. Went for my girlfriend sister's birthday dinner. She said it was her favorite and I understand why. The bread pudding was better than what we had in New Orleans. We tried a bit of everything. Didn't find anything we didn't like.

The pasta was terrible, and the portion sizes have been cut in half while the prices have increased. The service was unacceptable—this was on a Sunday at 5 PM, and the restaurant was almost empty. There’s no excuse for this. I won't be coming back.

The only complaint is I didn't get any sausage in my chicken and sausage gumbo after I asked to add shrimp in it...guess they forgot or were just more focused on the add in, not sure.

I went to the location in Cypress, TX. As usual, the service and food were awesome. I love this restaurant! You never know when or what special they will have. Reserva una mesa ahora
