Bear's Smokehouse Bbq

Very good food, arrogant employees with bad attitude and horrible service. I think this attitude comes from them believing in that people will eat here no matter how they treat their customers. They definitely need a better management and better trained employees. Here is what i witnessed here. I saw the chef knocked down 2 open boxes of food and picked them up and put back on the table. Ladies came took them to pack and serve for pick up orders. I warned 2 ladies about what happened and both ignored me and what i told them and packed the food in the bags and served people. One white girl with alot tattoos on her arms and one black girl chubby i spoke to. When people pay you money to eat food, they dont pay for a food that touched the ground. Definitely management needs to train these people for handling people's food. I will submit my report to county's food department as well. Hope you guys improve. Every trip in from out of town includes a dinner at Bears. The menu offers a variety of smoked meats and sides with multiple combo options. The food is superb for a diner/quick service restaurant. The cafeteria line service moves quickly with ease of ordering. The atmosphere is very casual with plenty of seating and elbow room. I ate here last night and had the fried pickles. They made me a sauce for them. I ate but got food poisoning. I was throwing up and laid out on the bathroom floor at my house. So much pain don’t know if it was bad grease or my food was tampered with. But this was Rolling Smokehouse in Windsor Locks outside of the Luppoleto Brewing Company . Very disappointed.

Proper barbeque with amazing sides. Loved the decor and they have an amazing craft beer selection!
