Bearwaters Brewing Company: Riverside

We were camping at KOA right down the road and decided to bop into the brewery for dinner. There was a little confusion upon arrival since we were passed by without any direction to seat ourselves or wait to be seated. I approached the bar and asked if we should just seat ourselves. We were told to go ahead and pick a table. We scanned the barcode on the table to view the menu. After waiting a bit we figured out that we should place our order at the bar area. We waited in the line to place our order from the menu we scanned at the table, we were then told that the menu had changed and the menu you scanned was not all available. Usually great food but tonight the food really sucked on all aspects of the meal.Seems like they overcooked everything in burnt oil. my wife's Braut was on a hotdog bun and the menu clearly says that it should be on a Hogie Roll. The cheese for the soft pretzel that should have been melted and warm was cold and hard. My Daughter in-laws Chicken breast sandwich with the fixings was just a burnt chicken tender on a bun with no fixings. Very disappointing. ended up taking the Grandkids to McDonalds for a meal that they could at least eat. I paid the bill and tip because it wasn't the server's fault only the cook's. Not sure if I'll eat there again.

How long is it reasonable to wait at the entrance, hoping someone will attend to you? The restaurant was only a third full. I attempted to engage with three different employees multiple times, but they continued with their tasks, completely ignoring us. The guy at the bar was just standing there, and when our eyes met, he simply turned away. At that moment, I realized this place didn't want my business or my money. We’ve just relocated to the area and were searching for a regular spot with good food, but this won’t be it.

Stiff Paddle is a great beer, but I'm writing this review to suggest that BearWaters should consider removing the aquariums and releasing the turtles and fish. This change would not only create more seating space, which is a benefit for the business, but it would also improve the well-being of the animals. Just think about how you would feel if you were confined to such a small space. It’s time for BearWaters to set the animals free! Reserva una mesa ahora

The experience was good but not outstanding. The outdoor atmosphere is nice, especially with the river nearby. The beers are decent, and they have a food truck on-site permanently. My main complaint is that the prices are quite high, and the servings are not full pints. If you’re going to charge a premium, make sure the pour reflects that. It's not about being frugal; it's about not overpaying for what you receive. In my opinion.

I got the parkway burger, and it was well worth it. Bacon and coleslaw go very well on it without taking too much away front the taste of the burger, but the golden sauce steals the show. Legally I can't talk about the beer situation, but I heard it's pretty good here. Fries were also cool twists with spice on them that were yummy

Ordered food which never came. Staff response was laughable. Won't be back until they get their kitchen issues worked. Location is awesome and amenities are plentiful. Just eat before you come. Hopefully, they will have your beer on tap. Never understood how a brewery could run out of beer.

Been here at Bearwaters twice in one since moving to Canton. Beer is good and food is excellent. Tried the flatbreads and the salad. Chicken can be added to the salad and that 's going to be tough to beat for a go to dinner. It 's a huge salad, prolly could be split. Reserva una mesa ahora

Definitely a great place to have a few beers and snacks but the food is not great! 8 of us ate there and 6 meals were burnt and inedible ,the food was definitely not as described on their menu.

If you like to stand in line for mediocre beverages food, this us the place for you! whatever happened to service! Good God,your spending your money!!!
