We were here on vacation for a few days. The hotel is clearly showing its age and is in need of some renovation work. Points are awarded for the great view. The room was clean with a balcony and bathroom with a bathtub, especially pleasant after winter sports. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. What was striking was that most of them spoke/understood German very poorly. We weren't happy with the hot food. In the lounge area you can pass the time with billiards, table football, etc. There is also an old grand piano at the entrance. Overall, not a 4* for me, I would give it 3. Too high a price for what is offered.
That a fantastic typical Switzerland hotel location at the central of the town. During the night time you can walk around to discover more places with the night view. Breakfast was good and lot of variety. All room are pretty clean and tidy. Room view was fantastic and feel relax with peaceful during the stay. Coach parking, restaurants was available surrounding the hotel. Bar, restaurants is available at the hotel. That a WiFi free for all guests. Luggage storage is available for hotel guest. Wheelchair accessible to the hotel.
This is a good hotel, rooms are clean. The food is of very good quality and has a lot of variety. Breakfast is worth definitely 4 stars. Though, in all fairness, the hotel is outdated, I do not mean worn out. As everything is well maintained. But the restaurant, lobby and bar area have more of an elderly home than a ski hotel. There is no ambiance. Staff is friendly and helpful. In all yes a good hotel, but no it is not a 4 star hotel. Price is too high which sets the expectations and those cannot be met unfortunately.
My husband and I stayed here in 2022 for a ski trip. It’s star rating should read one or two. Its a joke of a hotel. We ski all day so if the hotels accommodation belongs in the 1970s, the food in the restaurant is pathetic then the views from the balcony or windows are. definitely not going to compensate for that. Don’t waste your money here, find somewhere else, it shouldn’t be hard as the owner of this establishment is charging rip off 4 star prices. Reserva una mesa ahora
