Beau Thai - Reserva de mesa

Not too bad. The food was tasty and fresh and well made. The Chilli duck was particularly good. The green curry I thought was OK but nothing special. Some reveiwers here have mentioned small serving sizes - I'd agree somewhat; serving sizes were fine but every last scrap on the plate was definitely eaten. I found the staff to be perfectly friendly and in no way did we feel rushed to eat and leave. Value for money I thought was actually pretty good. I do agree the staff don't revisit the table to check how you're going - but everytime we approached them for another drink etc it was taken care of promptly. Waiting times were also quite fast. The other thing I didn't like is they use serviette...

Beau Thai is a great little restaurant located on Semaphore road heading away from the beach. They have an extensive menu with traditional Thai dishes and some other Asian favorites. The entree soups are delicious and hearty, especially the tom kha gai. 6 of us shared 5 mains and steamed rice and there was plenty to go around. The beef hot plate, salt and pepper calamari and pad Thai were popular options. We also ordered the Penang beef which was delicious and packed full of chilli heat for those who can handle it. The service is good and portions are generous. Takeaway is also available. Book ahead to guarantee a table especially on the weekend.

After hearing good reviews, we decided to try this restuarant. Staff were either young, inexperienced or just over customers that night. Service was so slow, so maybe they were short staffed Other tables were also asking - where is my water, how long till entrees arrive? I didn't get a fork and it took 5-10 to get one. My food had lost its warmth by then. The food was ok, the wine list reasonable. Tables are very close together. Takes the Entertainment card. Decor was neat and appeared clean. We have just moved to the area and probably won't be back except for a possible takeaway.

Delicious food... Great prices... great selection on menu... we had chicken satay and mixed entree plate to share... then chicken with cashews and Panang prawn with fried rice... very good quality meat... Great flavour... no sickly overfull feeling afterwards... fantastic drink prices... only gripe is the lighting inside restaurant... harsh bright ceiling lights which lend nothing to the atmosphere... would be so much nicer sitting in there with candles on the tables and soft lights... will visit again but would prefer to eat on a weekend lunch time with current lighting Reserva una mesa ahora

We decided upon the Beau Thai for a family dinner - eight people with different tastes. Four of us ordered separately while the other four ordered to share. As usual, the food was superb and the service professional and friendly. Will we be back? Definitely!

Others have mentioned the quality food at this restaurant. We eat there or have takeaway from there regularly. I do agree that the staff could be a little more attentive. If you can get past that you'll have a great night. Remember to book for larger groups

Got takeaway phad thai and salt & pepper tofu tonight. Staff were nice and friendly, and the food came out in good time. Yummy food and met my expectations for a decent Thai place.

We keep coming back as we enjoy the food and the tastes are very different. This restaurant is well worth visiting not only for couples but kids will enjoy the flavours as well. Reserva una mesa ahora

Really quick, friendly and good food. Would recommend. Takeaway is great too. Maybe a touch on the expensive side, but always end up going back because the food is so good.
